Who it's forBusinesses and individuals importing goods into the United States by air, ocean, or truck.

Overview

We coordinate U.S. import clearance through our partnered licensed customs brokers. From ISF filing to cargo release, the broker team prepares documentation, classifies goods, calculates applicable duties, and files entries electronically with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) through the Automated Broker Interface (ABI).

The Details

What's included

Formal & Informal Entries

Our broker partners handle formal and informal entries, including Type 01 consumption, Type 03 antidumping and countervailing duty, and Type 06 foreign trade zone entries. They help determine the appropriate entry type for your shipment.

ISF Filing (10+2)

For ocean shipments, we coordinate Importer Security Filing (ISF) submission with the broker before vessel departure. Getting the filing in on time helps avoid CBP penalties and prevents unnecessary delays.

FDA, USDA & PGA Coordination

When goods require review by a Partner Government Agency, the broker coordinates the necessary filings and permits, including FDA Prior Notice, USDA APHIS, EPA, and FCC requirements as applicable.

Exam & Holds Management

If CBP selects an entry for examination, our team and broker partners coordinate with the terminal and CBP, keep you informed, and help move the process forward with as little delay as possible.

Duty & Fee Guidance

The broker classifies goods and calculates applicable duties, Merchandise Processing Fee (MPF), Harbor Maintenance Fee (HMF), and relevant tariffs. They can also identify eligible trade-agreement benefits.

How It Works

From booking to delivery

  1. Send your commercial invoice, packing list, and Bill of Lading or Air Waybill

  2. Our partnered broker reviews the documents, classifies the goods, and calculates applicable duties and fees

  3. ISF is filed for ocean shipments and the customs entry is submitted electronically to CBP

  4. If CBP selects the shipment for an exam, we coordinate the process and notify you right away

  5. Once CBP releases the cargo, we coordinate pickup, delivery, or warehouse receiving
